My husband was the first patient of Dr. Wee, Scott for his back pain for so long that he endures the pain. He said he felt a big improvement after a couple of visits. I decided to go for the same issue. My back and neck pain has been a lot better since. I understand some people might be hesitant to see a chiropractor but I do recommend if you are suffering from discomfort and pain to see and visit Dr. Wee. He is a great and knowledgeable doctor.

Dr. Scott and his team are amazing. They are helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable.Dr. Scott has been treating my entire family for a few months now and the improvements we have all seen are absolutely amazing.Recommend Dr. Scott if you need an adjustment. Make sure to do their assessment to identify all the areas you need to work on and trust that Dr. Scott will take great care of you.

I had over 7 physiotherapy sessions with this clinic. I got my all sessions and massage from ICBC. The reason I came to this clinic that they accepted my whole physiotherapy sessions and massage at the same time. I was paying 26$ per session a side of ICBC; however they mentioned that on the first day, it’s not needed for message session. They will book my message appointment after my physiotherapy sessions. After my 7 sessions they totally changed their mind and they didn’t book my massage session as they excused the long list!!So if they were busy why did they accept me before my physiotherapy sessions as I ask them!!! Why they didn’t book my appointment in advance for massage therapy!!They also changed their words and add hidden fee to massage session if they could book me; its despite the information they had provided me on the first day. I left my physiotherapy sessions half way and I wouldn’t recommend this clinic due to their dishonesty and poor client service!They didn’t even follow up for my leftover sessions that i didn’t continue with them.As you can see they don’t value their patients!!

This was my first time at a chiro and was very nervous about the whole experience however from the first day the lovely ladies at the front made me feel so comfortable and welcome. I have now been seeing Dr. Scott for the last 5 weeks my back pain is gone, he made me my experience so amazing and I look forward to every visit, I am able to live my life pain free and I’m very grateful!

Very professional and I finally feel hope my issue is going to be resolved. I went to a different place on Friday and left feeling very frustrated and disappointed. Westwood total health completely changed all that and made me feel motivated again and ready to keep moving forward. The staff are amazing and extremely knowledgeable.

I’m am so happy with the team at Westwood Total Health. Appointment process was simple and very accommodating, got me in quickly. Dr.Ryan, who also treats my wife, is fantastic. Very personable, makes us feel comfortable and is the absolute best at what he does.

Make sure to read the one-star review before you make an appointment!I recommend Dr. Wee. His treatment is soft but works great.But I am not going back to this clinic. The reasons are here.I had to wait 1 hour even though I had an appointment. Dr. had seven patients at the same appointment time. It is overbooked.The receptionist (Saturday) is not on duty. She was chatting with someone about her job hunting. I had to wait until she make arrangements to give her resume to the person for a seasonal job.Receipt. The receptionist told me that she sent me the receipt by email. I didn't receive it until I called to request my receipt the next day. She said she will resend" it. Then I had to call again because the address was wrong. She wasn't happy and she told me it was because my handwriting is bad. (Their In-take form is online. You have to "Print" and fill-up. It's not fillable form...) The receipt received by email was "picture file"!!! Other clinic send me less the one hour by "PDF".Management. They don't have direct billing. Booking is over the phone only. The receptionist's administrative skill level is extremely low compared to other clinics. They cancelled my appointment without my notice. Receptionist is rude.Dr. didn't fix everything on the first day. There are two major issues with my body. But he adjusted only one. Did he leave the issue for the next appointment? I felt it is not professional. But his skill is high.Now I know why this clinic has available spot for walk-in..."

I had my first chiropractic session with Dr Ryan and I felt worse with extreme pain after the treatment and could barely walk. When I called to speak to Dr Ryan he was not available. I left a message with reception for him to call me back regarding the treatment and pain, however days went by and I received no call or voice message.The aftercare is extremely poor by this doctor who is willing to take on new patients yet does not make any time to follow-up on a call back request.I'm very disappointed with his lack of concern after his treatment was not successful. This clinic is just looking to make money and not provide a decent after care service. I would not recommend this chiropractor to anyone.
